As you begin to research this field of “natural” health you will soon find out that it is not just going to the doctor with symptoms and then having him write out a prescription for the ailment. In order for our bodies to function the way they were designed we have to begin to go back to the natural way of living. By this I mean that we must begin to really examine the foods we eat, why we eat, what we do etc.
I know in this “fast food” society that we live in it is very hard to focus on menus or planning but you will find that “natural” fast food is not only very satisfying and equally “fast” but it is nutritionally superior to anything else we could possibly eat!
